WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

You are required to pick a password, provide your first name, last name, phone number and email address. If you purchase a service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name and email). We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, to manage your account, and to help us improve our customer support and service to you overall. We may send email offers to selected groups of Nimble users on behalf of our company and on behalf of other businesses in whose products and services you may have an interest; but we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to any such businesses. Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients

  • Nimble collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personally identifiable information it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personally identifiable information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
  • Nimble has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personally identifiable information it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Nimble’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We will retain personally identifiable information we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Nimble will retain this personally identifiable information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
